I have this and it's terrible. The hole where the water comes out is TINY, so if you are planning to clean it, plan to waste a whole lot of water. It was fine for the first month or so, and I rinse it every time in between fillings. But after a while, it just smells and to get it clean is a NIGHTMARE.
