The Cat Mate Pet Fountain came with a crack in the base. I e-mailed Martha's Pet Place through Amazon and they said they would send me another base. It came quick and the new one was okay.
The fountain is quiet and does a good job. My cat Coopurr went to it right away. He stopped drinking from it a little while ago, so I'm putting it away and will bring it out when he is a little older. He just turned 1 years old April 4th.
