I'd been wanting a water dispenser for a while, and couldn't figure out where I'd put it in my tiny house. Then the ASPCA newsletter mentioned the HDUO. A year and a half later it sprung a leak. I called HDUO and let them know, asking if there was a repair available. I was told that the first ones had a design flaw, and they'd changed the design. AND they'd ship a replacement out FREE, same day!
New one arrived right away, and the dogs hurried over for a drink right away, they'd obviously missed it for the couple of days it was gone!
