I ordered 4 of these with a costly expedited shipment for pet airline crate. I selected expedited shipment because the pets were leaving within 10 days. The company sent only 2 and gave me the royal run around, and was rude to boot. Then they claimed that "UPS lost the other 2" which could not have been true because there was enough room in the box to fit another dozen. It is clear to me that Global Pets did not want to make good on the costs for shipping to cover their own mistake. I will never buy from Global Pets again.
