When you use the product as the instructions state, it works great. I'm a dog walker and have been using a WaterBoy for 2 years now and love it as do all the dogs that I walk. You are supposed to lay the product flat and not turn it end over end. The low profile design prevents the product from spilling even on VERY rough roads. If used properly like the instructions say (its kinda fool-proof and fairly straight forward), it doesn't spill or flip over. Some people on here think you have to stand it up while driving but just lay it flat and it works!
