This hay rack is meant to be hanged outside of the cage so your pet can nibble on the hay through cage wires. I had one just like that and it came with the hutch I bought in the pet store. Once it got broken (after 5 years of use) I could not find anything similar until now. It is one of the best I've ever had so far. Most of the hay racks hold very little hay, are hard to refill and they take up the space inside the cage.
