Shipping was fast and this filter was very easy to install in the Petsafe Water system (instructions are on the cap of the waterer). You get two filter per package so the price was very reasonable. Upon first opening and before installing in your water filter, you do have to run it under the water until all the loose charcoal is gone (instructions also say this).
